ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has warned unrecognised institutions against offering postgraduate programmes. PMDC President Shabir Lehri advised students to make sure that the courses they sign up for are recognised and included in the III schedule of the PMDC, as a number of institutions which have not been mandated to offer such courses are offering them. “It is in the interest of the students to confirm whether colleges, which offer courses or where they are going to get admission, are recognised or not. All the information regarding the institutions and the courses they offer is available on the website of the council,” he said.
